Tool Series: Part 3
By owning the flippers, players can obtain underwater items – loots. These loots can be sold to different loot traders in higher price to earn gralats. Flippers also enable players to travel to underwater hideouts, especially in Big City Caldera and Bandits Cave.
Requirements:
- An identified account
- A map – with feature of building names ON
- Owned 500 Gralats
- Completed Mask Shop (Scarf) Quest

Here’s the walk-through guildlines for completing the Flippers Quest in 6 steps:
1. Go to the bridge between Graal City and Swamp Town > talk to the Toll Guy > buy a fish
2. Go under the bridge between Woods of Master Li and York Town > go into southest cave > go through the waterfall
3. Stand in the shallow area (low water level area/ light blue area) > tap on yourself/ press button Q > change a shortcut key into the fish you just bought
4. Press the shortcut key of the fish > the sea monster will be lured out of the water > give the fish to it > obtain a key
5. Go up to north and climb the stairs > use the key to open the treassure chest > obtain flippers
6. Put the flippers in your shortcut key > dive/ press the key of flippers > talk to the sea monster for 6 times

Till then, the flippers quest will be completed. Easy peacy, right?
Question: Why talk to the sea monter for 6 times?
Answer:
- The sea monter will teach you how to get items from diving.
- These items are called as loots.
- Loot, in dictionay, means (1) goods, especially private property, taken from an enemy in war; (2) steal goods (from a place), typically during a war or riot.
Sounds like whoever loots, whoever is doing robbery (sounds harsh indeed).
